The crystals strike the skin to remove dead skin cells layer by layer. At the same time, a vacuum sweeps up crystals and cellular debris whilst stimulating the circulation & promoting an increased blood flow to the area.
 

The production of collagen and elastin in stimulated, which results in firmer, more youthful looking skin.
