All new customers for Eyelash Extensions, Lash Lift, Brow Lift, Henna Brows or Lash/Brow Tinting (as well as existing customers not having had these treatments in the last 6 months) will require a Consultation Appointment 48 hours prior to their actual treatment (required by law).

During the consultation we will discuss your expectations. If your chosen treatment is a brow treatment we will also check your brows, whilst if you are having lash extensions/lash lift I'll check the health of your eye and lashline. It will depend on your natural lashes which extensions you will be able to wear.

 
I will perform a Patch Test to see if you could be sensitive to any of the products which I will be using during the treatment.

Signs that indicate a sensitivity or reaction could be redness, swelling, itching, rash, irritation or discomfort. 

It is worth noting that some people will not react on a Patch Test, but may react after the actual treatment due to a larger volume being used.

 

Allergies & sensitivities can occur at any point in our lives and without warning, so it is possible that a long term lash wearer could suddenly develop symptoms of sensitivity.

 

If you have not been to the Lash & Brow Workshop before, then you WILL require a Patch Test (even if you have had lash/brow treatments somewhere else before).

If I change brands or products then you will be contacted for a new Patch Test.
