All new customers for PhiBrows Microblading, Eyelash Extensions, Lash Lift or Lash/Brow Tinting (as well as existing customers not having had these treatments in the last 6 months) will require a Consultation Appointment 48 hours prior to their actual treatment (required by law).
During the consultation we will discuss your expectations. If your chosen treatment is PhiBrows Microblading we will also check your brows, whilst if you are having lash extensions/lash lift I'll check the health of your eye and lashline. It will depend on your natural lashes which extensions you will be able to wear.
I will perform a Patch Test to see if you could be sensitive to any of the products which I will be using during the treatment.
Signs that indicate a sensitivity or reaction could be redness, swelling, itching, rash, irritation or discomfort.
It is worth noting that some people will not react on a Patch Test, but may react after the actual treatment due to a larger volume being used.
Allergies & sensitivities can occur at any point in our lives and without warning, so it is possible that a long term lash wearer could suddenly develop symptoms of sensitivity.
If you have not been to the Lash & Brow Workshop before, then you WILL require a Patch Test (even if you have had lash/brow treatments somewhere else before).
If I change brands or products then you will be contacted for a new Patch Test.
