Non Refundable Booking Fees
A Booking Fee of 50% of the treatment cost is payable to secure your booking. This will be taken off the final cost at your appointment.
Recording Card Details
Card Details are required for bookings of all treatments. These will be safely stored & only used in accordance with the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A minimum of 48 hours notice must be given to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If less than 48 hours is given a charge equalling to 50% of the treatment cost will be required. If less than 24 hours notice is given full payment for the treatment will be required. Failure to comply with this Policy will result in having to pay 100% of the treatment cost upfront for future appointments.
Consultations & Patch Tests are completely free of charge, however a £10 charge will be charged if less than 24 hours notice is given for these type of appointments only.
Refunds
As I provide a service you will pay for my expertise, my time & materials and it is for this reason that no refunds will be given on any of the treatments.
Payments
Payments on the day of your appointment are can be made in cash or by card. Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay are all accepted.
Pregnancy
Please note I do not offerEyelash Extensions, Lash Lifts or Henna Brows in the event of Pregnancy.
Consultation Appointments & Patch Tests
A Consultation Appointment and/or Patch Test is needed for the following treatments: Lash Extensions, Lash Lift, Brow Lift, Henna Brows, Brow Overhaul/Maintenance & Brow/Lash Tinting. This will be applicable for all New Clients & also for Existing Clients who have not had the treatment in the last 12 months.
Lateness & Appointment Etiquette
If you are late, unfortunately I may not be able to extend your appointment as I try to book my appointments back to back. You will be asked to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 mins late which will result in the Cancellation Policy being applied.
Strictly No Visitors Allowed
Due to insurance purposes I do not allow friends, family, children or pets to be present during treatments (unless you are between 16 & 18 years old in which case a Parent or Guardian will need to be present during your Patch Test and/or treatment).
Mascara & Make Up
Please come to your lash appointments with squeaky clean make up free eyes. This will allow me dedicate your full appointment slot to your chosen treatment which in turn will gives better results.
Aftercare
Ensure to follow the given aftercare of your treatments as this will lead to the best possible results.
I will not continue to treat repeat offenders.
