Boring But Essential
Non Refundable Booking Fees
A booking fee of 50% of the treatment cost is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from the total cost at your appointment or training course.
All booking fees are non-refundable as they secure your dedicated time and help cover administrative costs. If you cancel or reschedule, the booking fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Recording Card Details
Card details are required for all treatment bookings. Your information will be securely stored and only used in accordance with our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy​
Please note that any booking fees are non-refundable, even if you cancel or reschedule.
I ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment as soon as possible if you unable to attend, to allow me to offer the time to another client.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur the full treatment cost.

Appointments missed without notice (no-shows), or clients who fail to follow this policy, will be required to pay 100% payment upfront for all future bookings.

Consultation & Patch Test Policy
A consultation appointment and/or patch test is required for the following treatments: Lash Extensions, Lash Lift, Brow Lamination, Henna Brows, Precision Brows, Brow Wax & Tint, or Lash Tinting. This applies to all new clients and existing clients who have not had the treatment in the last six months.
Consultations and patch tests are free of charge. However, failure to attend without notice will incur a £10 charge.​​​
Lash Guarantee
If you experience any issues with your lashes, please contact me within 72 hours of your appointment. Send a photo so I can assess and address the problem. After 72 hours, any additional work will be charged at £15 per half hour.

​Refunds
As a service provider, I charge for my expertise, time, and materials. No refunds are given for treatments.

Payments
Payments can be made on the day of your appointment via cash or card. I accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, and Apple Pay.

Lateness & Appointment Etiquette
Please be on time for your appointment. Unfortunately, I may not be able to extend your appointment if you arrive late, as I book clients back-to-back. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule, and the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy will apply.

Strictly No Visitors Allowed
For insurance purposes, I do not allow friends, family, children, or pets to be present during treatments. The only exception is for clients between 16 & 18 years old, where a parent or guardian must be present for the patch test and/or treatment.

Mascara & Make Up
Please arrive at your lash appointments with clean, makeup-free eyes. This allows me to dedicate the entire appointment to your treatment, ensuring the best possible results.

Aftercare
Follow the provided aftercare instructions to ensure the best results from your treatment. Repeated failure to follow aftercare may result in me being unable to continue providing services.
