TRAINING POLICY

The details below are applicable to all types of training, whether it is a Mentoring Session, Beginners Course or Advanced Workshop.
Non Refundable Booking Fees
A Non Refundable Booking Fee will be required to secure your place (and in some cases this also triggers a starter kit to be send to you).
Recording Card Details
Card Details are required for bookings of all treatments. These will be safely stored & only used in accordance with the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
Final Balance
The final balance can be made on the 1st morning of your training.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Booking Fees are not transferable to another date, however if you do need to change your training date, please let me know ASAP.
If the training is cancelled with less than 2 weeks notice, the full payment will be taken.
Refunds
As I provide a service you will pay for my expertise, my time & materials and it is for this reason that no refunds will be given on any of my training sessions.
Payments
Payments on the day of your training can be made in cash or by card. Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay are all accepted.
Models
For certain training sessions a live model would be required for which you are responsible of finding as well as instructing with the correct details such as where to be and what time. It will also be your responsibility that your model is patch tested 48 hrs before your training with the instructions provided.
If you can not find a model I will endeavour to find one for you at an additional charge, however a model can not be guaranteed.
