Cancellation Policy

In the event that you cannot make your training day please let me know as soon as possible. If it is within the 3 week notice period you will be given the option to transfer your booking fee to a later date, you will only be given this option once. If it under 3 weeks your booking fee becomes non-transferable & non-refundable. Subsequent bookings will require full payment to secure any future dates. Full payment is required 14 days prior to your training date.
