SHIPPING
We ship parcels Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2pm are guaranteed to be shipped the same day. Orders made after the deadline will be processed the next working day.
We currently use Royal Mail for UK and International deliveries with exception of larger parcels where an alternative courier will be used.
All UK deliveries are sent 1st Class, however the delivery time can vary depending on Royal Mail Processing. Please allow extra time during busy periods such as Christmas etc & check the Royal Mail website for more information.
International deliveries are sent "Tracked and Signed" unless the service is not available in the receivers country, we would then send it either "Tracked only" or "Signed only".
If you are subject to Custom, Taxes or any other fees, these will not be liable to Lash & Brow Workshop. It is the buyers/recipients risk and responsibility to pay the incurred charges.
Digital products never incur shipping fees.
We actively try to negate any negative impact our business has on the environment by investing in a carbon offset program & by assuring our shipping materials are 100% recyclable and/or biodegradable. In addition to this we will plant a tree on your behalf for every single shop order, no matter how big or small. You can see our forest grow here.

RETURNS
All returns, exchanges and claims for goods damaged in transit must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
For refunds and exchanges you must return the original items sealed, undamaged and its orginal packaging.
The contents and quantity of the product must be as originally sold.
We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us, even if the products were sent in error.
Please email hello@lashandbrowworkshop.co.uk BEFORE returning any items, to have them authorised for return and to pass on the Returns Address. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us (we recommend you get Proof of Posting). There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods, nor for the original postage charges.
Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time.
We aim to process all refunds within 7 days of receipt of the items in suitable condition and this to the original charged account.
If an attempt to deliver goods continues to fail through no fault of our or the couriers (you are not in or have entered the wrong address etc.) and is subsequently returned to us, we will not refund for shipping and also, the cost incurred to us for the courier returning the goods will be deducted from any refunds. If the goods are to be sent out again a shipping charge will apply.
Digital Products are always non-returnable & non-refundable.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
